Insurance
We do not deal with the individual insurance carriers once the guitars have left our shipping facility. It is up to the customer to purchase insurance and follow up should a problem arise. Some carriers have limits on what they will insure guitars for. Check this out before shipping.

Returns
Every instrument is backed by a
48-hour return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Strat Collector, notify us by email or telephone within 48 hours of your receipt of the instrument, return it to us in the same condition it was in when we sent it to you, and your purchase price will be refunded. We do not refund the original or return shipping costs and you will be charged a re-stocking fee of 5% of the purchase price.

While the guitars we sell are shipped in playable condition, every musician has his or her own preferences as to how the instrument should be "set-up". We suggest that you take any newly purchased guitar to your local guitar technician and have it set-up to your liking. Even seemingly small changes to an instrument can effect its performance, such as changing the string gauge or subjecting the instrument to significant temperature changes.
