While the guitars we sell are shipped in playable condition, every musician has his or her own preferences as to how the instrument should be "set-up". We suggest that you take any newly purchased guitar to your local guitar technician and have it set-up to your liking. Even seemingly small changes to an instrument can effect its performance, such as changing the string gauge or subjecting the instrument to significant temperature changes.
The best time to solve a problem is before it occurs, but in the unlikely event that you have a problem with your purchase after the sale, we are here to help. We are guitar players and lovers of the instrument just like you, and will put ourselves in your shoes if and when a problem arises.
